Find a bowl or baking pan about 20×20 cm and line it with parchment paper. Try not to crumple it too much so your chocolates come out looking their best.
Chop the white chocolate and butter into small pieces.
Pour the cream into a small saucepan and heat until just below boiling. As soon as you see small bubbles forming, remove it from the heat.
Immediately add the butter and white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. If it doesn’t fully melt, place the mixture back on low heat for a minute.
Once the mixture is smooth, sift in 12 g of ceremonial-grade matcha and stir thoroughly.
Pour this beautiful green mixture into the prepared bowl or baking pan.
Gently tap the bowl a few times on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate for 4–5 hours, preferably overnight.
Ztuhlou čokoládu vytáhni i s pečícím papírem z mísy a nakrájej na malé rovnoměrné čtverečky.
Sprinkle the cut chocolates with ceremonial matcha, and you’re done!
